Hi there, I was under the impression I ordered plain fairy lights? Mine have come with lots of decorative pieces around them. I ordered 2 boxes, is there anyway I could return the items for free and get a refund/replacement? Kind regards, Joanna

I love the green sparkle light, it’s battery operated so can be placed anywhere without the cables or plug points being a problem. I’ve gone back and bought more so actually have three now. The colour is just what I was looking for to blend in with my plants and in the daytime they look like glass vases so love the alternative look I get from day to night. The customer service is great not that I had any issues but just keeping me informed of dispatch dates. The items all arrived really quickly from the date I ordered them, literally within 2 days and were well packaged. All in all a really good service and lovely product would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

I am delighted with my lights and the service to date. A very speedy delivery by Royal mail, from ordering to delivery was 4 days.

Order of a standing star light arrived after 4 days. Love it, it looks beautiful ìn my window. Because it's on a stand it shows above window frame. I have decorated it with ribbon and pine cones. It's powered by battery and I put it on timer mode, which is great. I don't think I will be putting it away after Christmas it will go in my bedroom.

So pleased with my new lights - exactly what I was looking for. Copper colour matches my colour scheme & love the ‘night sky’ shapes. One of the things I love about this company is you can choose from batteries or mains. I have these on every evening so batteries just wouldn’t be practical in this situation.
