I only have good things to say about my experience. The gentleman who sorted out the problem with my front door lock arrived really quickly, was polite and compassionate towards my stressful situation and I was back in my home in no time! Very efficient and good value (cheaper than other quotes) I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. Had a very difficult situation with the owner of the house that is suffering with dementia and had locked all his inner doors and lost the keys. The locksmith...(sorry did not get his name.) was very kind and patient with the owner who was breathing over the locksmith neck at every turn, and was adamant that the locksmith and myself would not converse. Many of the locks were so stiff that the handles had to be removed. The owner of the home was very difficult yet the locksmith was professional and kind. And a great sense of humor.

Very personable and went above and beyond in explaining the work to be done (much of the basics of locksmithing were covered!) and then doing it on time with no hassle.
